PATERSON SIMONS & PASICO GHANA DONATE TRANSMISSION TO TAKORADI TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY FOR PRACTICAL ENGINEERING TRAINING

Paterson Simons along with our subsidiary Pasico Ghana have donated a transmission from a Manitou telehandler to the Auto Mechanical Workshop at Takoradi Technical University (TTU).

The transmission, a vital component of the Manitou telehandler, will serve as a hands-on training tool for TTU students, equipping them with practical skills in operating, maintaining, and repairing advanced machinery. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world industry practices.

Moses Essel Ahun, General Manager of Pasico Ghana, highlighted that this donation is part of the company’s ongoing partnership with the University, designed to enhance the practical learning experiences of students pursuing careers in mechanical engineering. He also assured that Pasico Ghana is committed to providing further support to the University in the future.

Receiving the donation on behalf of TTU, Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Victor Kweku Bondzie Micah expressed heartfelt gratitude for Pasico Ghana‘s generous contribution.
