Coronavirus Business Continuity Statement

Following the declaration of Covid 19 as a pandemic by the World Health Organization and the subsequent restrictions on movement of persons in the Greater Accra Metropolitan Area (GAMA, which includes Awutu Senya East), and the Greater Kumasi Metropolitan Area and contiguous districts, for a period of two (2) weeks by the Government of Ghana, Pasico Ghana Limited has implemented its business continuity strategy:

  • Offices are closed as directed by Government with key employees working from home.
  • For customers inside the affected areas of Ghana (Accra, Tema, Kumasi): Pasico engineering teams supporting lifting and handling equipment in critical industries remain open for business. Our support for key industries such as ports, mining, logistics and food production remain available and permits to operate are in place.
  • For customers in the rest of Ghana: Pasico engineering teams supporting lifting and handling equipment in critical industries remain open for business as usual.
  • For customers outside of Ghana: strict travel restrictions may prevent us from supporting in person for a short period but we urge customers to call and discuss their requirements with us to see how we can remotely troubleshoot and support equipment and make visit plans swiftly once travel restrictions are lifted.

During this time customers should be prepared for logistical delays but be assured that we will do all we can to minimise these
