The scope of this project encompassed several tasks including fixing anchor bolts into concrete for the anchor plates, fitting the chain system and support bars, and placing the cylindrical fenders. Additionally, the installation involved fixing anchor bolts, placing the bollards, and meticulously tightening the bolts to the appropriate torque.
The installed equipment comprised Trelleborg’s Ø800 X Ø400 X 1000MML Cylindrical Fenders and Trelleborg 80T Tee-Head Bollards, both renowned for their durability and reliability.
This marks a significant milestone as it represents the inaugural supply and installation of Trelleborg products at this customer, underscoring the port’s commitment to leveraging top-tier solutions for maritime operations.
